My phone has gone Mad!!! Please Help!

It started a little while ago and I don't know how to explain it. First, I started to notice that when I opened all apps from my homescreen it took longer for all the icons to load. Then the app names in the app menu and homescreen as well, started to be higlited by blue. Once, instead of a calendar widget on a homescreen there was an enlarged chrome icon. Sometime on the watch widget, isntead of numbers there are blue rectangles. Just a few minutes ago, I was in a gallery app and when I closed it and gone to the apps menu, all the icons were disappeared, only names and it started to blink. I went to the homescreen then again to the app menu and it was back to normal.
I don't know what is the problem or how to prevent it. I tried to restart the phone, clean cache, delete all the unnecessary apps, nothing helps. Not even the antivirus app indicates that there is some malware. Other than that, the phone works normally. Please help me to understand what is wrong with the phone and what to do.

Try starting the device in safe mode. If the problem persists, it may be time to replace it. If the problem goes away, it is likely related to a bad app.
