My phone has somehow blocked Booking Pulse app

Hi,
already 3 days I cant log in into Booking Pulse app. I have feeling, that my phone is blocked the app, but when I go to phone settings, I dont see anything unusual.
What else I have tried:
1. gooogled similar problem, but seems I'm the only one
2. uninstalled and intsalled the app several times
3. cleaned cashe and app's memory
4. Checked, what permissions app has, but I see zero, only 2 are not alowed; location and phone's memory. Also I cant give manually any permission...
5. Wifi I have 5G with speed 100/100 and all other apps working perfectly

Only what I havent done yet, is restore factory settings

HELP NEEDED :)

This happens both wifi and mobile data?
Have you checked fir a update to that app or contact the dev of the app?

Welcome to Android Central! Are you using a VPN?

Also, does your phone have access to the Play Store, or did you have to install that app from some other source?
