My phone is charging but wont get past the samsung screen. It keeps staying there.
I am using samsung galaxy core. My phone battery drained till 0% so i charged it as per normal. But I was not able to switch it on and this happened. I tried taking out the battery numerous times and putting it back but nothing seems to be working. I'm not sure what to do. Any suggestions>
