Android Central Question

I have A Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 (4/64) since October, yesterday I found a bug when my phone is turned off (sleep mode) for a while (10 or 15 minutes or sometimes 5 mins) it won't turn on instantly after pressing the power button, it took 1 or 2 minutes to turn on or sometimes it just freezing and when i hold the power button it just restarts. And what is crazy about it, it only happened after 7 am (Jakarta time), booting to safe mode don't make any difference

Before it happens my Google play store is bugged. Apps update automatically even when auto update is turned off.

What happened to my phone? Did my system have an error?
Or is something broken with my hardware?
Is there's any fix without me factory resetting my phone?

Sorry for my bad English, because i don't speak english,

Best regards,

So, when the phone seems to sleep in the normal way, it has in fact fully powered off? Or are there occasions when you are able to wake it?
I'm thinking that it may be a battery problem, but I'm not entirely convinced that I'm right about that. I'll pass the question to others for more opinions.

Your English incidentally is of a high standard.

"Before it happens my Google play store is bugged. Apps update automatically even when auto update is turned off. '

This is a primary indicator of a hacked phone.

Yes my phone could turn on occasionally, but everytime it does this, most of the times it couldn't turn on, and i have to hold my power button till it "booted up again" sometimes i have to slap my phone to turn it on, and sometimes it fixed with a simple safe mode reboot

The person that asked that question was me infact before i created an account for Android Central.
