phone not rooted when app says it is
I have resently purchased a Cubot P9 phone and installed Sky Go app. When i try to watch programs it comes up with an error message saying sky go not supported on rooted android phones. I have installed root checker and this says the phone is not rooted. i have installed a terminal emulator and get the # sign when i type su it comes up with su not found. Any ideas?
