My phone is plug in but not saving the charging .

sorry im not so good in english but iwill try my best to write my problem ..yesterday when i plug in my phone (Motorola D.Razer Verizon) charging was about 60% after 2 hours that was still 60%..then i consume its charging and plug in again when it was 40% but after some hours during charging that was 30% and now its 5%.what's wrong? phone is showing that its charging but battery is not getting charged ..
anyone can suggest me what i do ^^ im so worried from last night... :/

Sounds like you either have a bad battery or a bad charger (maybe both). Is there any other charger you can try out, or maybe even a different outlet? If it's still the same thing, it's possible that it's an issue with your battery.
Could you post a screenshot of your battery stats to make sure it's not something draining your battery life significantly?
