My phone is an oppo A71 and it froze somehow and restarted but now it's stuck in the boot up screen, It's been stuck like that for about 3 days and I don't know how to fix it.

Assuming that the battery is good - which it may not be - it could be a hardware problem.
Factory resetting may be worth considering. If it is a hardware fault, the phone will continue to fail to boot properly afterwards, whereas if it’s something else, it ought to be okay. I think it’s unlikely to be okay, but there isn’t much else you can try.

Try factory reset in recovery, usually its power/volume up button before you start the phone and holding those buttons until a android bot appears
