My phone is stuck on family center, how can I fix this?

my phone is stuck on family center how can i fix this?

I tired pressing home button but gets stuck on the same app,i tired to press the back button not working, tried to scroll the nonification bar down& pressed settings not working I tried using the button to close app& or to go to them it shows all apps ive opended but its still not working! help!
