My phone is stuck on the Samsung Galaxy S3 gt-19300 logo, how can I get off of the logo?

My phone is stuck in samsung galaxy s3 gt-19300 logo

it is stuck in that logo for a long time. i try to remove the battery for at least an hour and when i press the power button, it is stuck again in that logo. i tried to do the home/volume up/power method but the logo will disappear and then show up again. one time, when i do the home/volume up/power method, the android logo shows up but it is stuck there for 5 minutes. it wont take me to the options part where i can factory reset my phone. please help me.

Welcome to the forums. When you get to the Android logo, try holding volume up and clicking power or vice versa. Just be careful how long you hold power. That can simulate a battery pull.
