My phone isn't charging.

[AC Question]

Last night I charged it and it worked well but when its battery drained, it wouldn't charge anymore. I tried giving it time because I thought it was totally drained but 4 hours past and still nothing. I checked if the USB cord was okay and it was fine, until it suddenly charged again. This morning I tried to charge my phone again, it doesn't work. Tried doing what I did last night but it won't still work. Is the battery the problem? What should I do?
PS: The phone is " My Phone 28s"

When I had the same problem I had a motherboard fault. Go to service!
