My phone keeps doing this and its annoying. Does anybody know what to do or why its doing it?

My phone keep freezing, and act as if it exited out of sleep mode, even though I never put it in sleep mode. It disconnects/lag my games, get rid of the keyboard, and weirdly enough, doesnt pause yt videos. It does it very often. If I mess with all my options available to me, It might fix it for a month before it comes back.

Consider to perform a Factory reset : it's been proved to resolve
most of these malfunctions, is easy for any user to Do this task

the negative part is..That delete all your - Third party apps
Email setups & other customized settings. U Decide.?
