My phone keeps restarting when I try to use wifi?

My Alcatel One Touch Fierce XL has constantly been restarting itself every time I go to turn it on or connect to anything that uses Wi-Fi, I have looked at other questions that have been asked and it seems many others are having the same issue, I have already done a hard reset and tried clearing out many large memory consuming apps, but it still persists. Is there anything other than a factory reset I can try?
