my phone lags bad sometimes

Don't forget to check your programs. I was running Screebl (to keep the screen on while using the phone), and had horrific problems with lag. It was a tedious bout of trial-and-error with disabling/removing programs ... but once I disabled and removed Screebl my V20 is back to running as fast as new. Your offending program may differ.

Personally I wish I'd tried program removal first off. I did the factory reset option - which had the phone running smoothly until the programs were restored. Suck it up and attempt the tedious journey through trial-and-error; you may be surprised by the results.

I had posted in another thread that the delayed bootup was due to my microsd card. I had a lot of documents and files on there. I decluttered the card and now the phone boots up quickly.
I'm still getting random crashes when using the Opera browser. I like this browser so I'm not sure what to do.

Email Opera. They'll fix it in an update. Write it in a review in playstore too.

i've emailed. i wrote a review. i used the 'report a problem' option in settings. never got a reply.
