My phone note 5 gets too hot after nougat update

Hello.
After nougat update in my phone (note 5) its getting too hot.
When i do work with phone its get hot and battery drain power.
Please help me to fix this issue and tell me what to do.

My phone would do that periodically prior to nougat. I assumed it was a rogue process that wouldn't terminate. A reboot always resolved it.
