my phone presses the back button on its own.why is that?

my s6 is new upon 2 days of using it it gave me that problem at random where the back(return) key just works on its own,I brought my phone to the seller and they supposedly fixed it but now im having this issue again,I live in seychelles and I bought this phone from UAE.When trying to download a recommended app which can connect my phone to samsung headquarters to diagnose the issue and fix itI am told Its not available in my country.
