My phone put +1 in from of my contact and i cant call when abroad

Basically i bought this phone (lg g6) from sprint in the us unlocked.
I live in Colombia and my contact are from colombia.
The problem is that i tranfered all my contact to this new phone but everytime i try to call it add the +1 to the saved number wich make impossible to call in colombia. And if i save the number with +57 wich is the colombia country code the call doesnt go tru either.
The only way i can call is if i enter the number directly without saving it, but thats means that i can't use any my contacs.
I will be honest i looked everywhere to se how to fix this , you guys are my only hope.

Transferring contacts will add the +1 - manually edit them to delete it. (Some developers still haven't caught on to the fact that most cellular carriers can't handle country codes for the country in which the phone is being used.)
