My phone screen does not work and does not have debugging enabled

Hello, my Samsung Galaxy A5's screen is not currently working and I can't come across a way to get it back on.

I can hear notifications every now and again and vibrations but other than that, the screen does not turn on at all.
I have tried everything such as recovery mode etc but it doesn't seem to work, am I doing something wrong?

Please help
