My phone will not go back to stock..

Okay so now I'm totally stock ED04.
Say I wanted to flash back to UKB2.0... Do I just flash CWM through ODIN, boot up into CWM recovery, update CWM to 3.0 (since I only have the 2.5 whatever one downloaded and am too lazy to download the whole 3.0) Then Clear cache, data, dalvik.. Then flash UKB 2.0?
I really like ED04. It's very snappy and the 3G coverage seems to be better. I figured that if I kept the modem and kept UKB 2.0, I could have the best of the best right now.
Would that be the way to go?

I'll only add that after you flash the kernel in the CWM 3.x that is linked here you will no longer have that recovery after booting up as the kernel has it's own. Once you flash your kernel of choice, go back and flash the version of CWM that you want in oden.

What if I just flash the CWM 2.5 that I have now with ODIN, and then upgrade to 3.x by choosing a .zip file?
Then I could just Flash UKB 2.0 with the OTB 1.4 (1.5?) kernel like normal, right?

You should be fine. -

Note: If you let the stock ED04 kernel boot after you have flashed the CWM it will overwrite the recovery on your phone and you will need to reflash CWM in Odin before you can flash a zip.. unless you have already flashed a custom kernel.

Sweet, but what if I just flash CWM, boot up into CWM immediately after flashing and then Flash UKB 2.0 ROM? Like, I wouldn't even let ED04 stock boot up.

Like, this is how I would do it:
Flash CWM 2.5 using ODIN
Immediately Boot into CWM and choose 3.x zip
Reboot into CWM again
Flash UKB 2.0 with OTB 1.5 kernel ROM.
Could this work?

Yes it could, just don't fully boot your phone up so that the stock kernel overwrites your CWM. You could also just odin CWM 3.x and boot into recovery and flash KB 2.0. But whatever floats your boat!
