My phone will not send texts to one number, but will receive them.

I have an LG V10. I've had it for about 6 months now. I have a friend that I text quite often. Out of the blue they can't receive any texts from me. I have tried 3 different messaging platforms (standard text message, google messenger, and google contacts). I can receive messages no problem, but she isn't getting any of my messages. We have both tried to restart our phones. I've deleted her contact info and re entered it after restarting my phone. How do I fix this?

Try using LINE or WhatsApp

I can use WhatsApp but I prefer not to. There is no other number that I have this issue with.

Check whether you blocked them accidentally

Checked that too. I can get their texts, but they can't get mine. I've even factory reset my phone and it didn't work.

Create a new Gmail account and try sending text

Have you checked to see if she blocked you, she is the one who is having the issue, not you.
