I split us off to our own thread, since this seems like a separate question from the battery drain issue. If I'm reading right, and I'm not 100% sure I am, your phone will not start and it's OS may somehow be messed up? (I''m extrapolating a bit). Maybe an OS update/reinstall can help? I believe you can use Samsung Smart Switch software for this from a computer.....
