My phone won't restart (Moto G 2nd Gen)

I downloaded the android update which said would take 10 minutes. I let it restart to install but it never started up again. I tried restarting it multiple times and even recovery restarting it but every time it doesn't make it past the first screen or it says no command.

Plug it into a computer usb port. Let it charge 10 minutes then try to turn it on.
