So....background on my phone. My phone has pretty much gone through about everything? Dropped in pool, shattered screen, melted charging port (overheat). Yet after all this, my phone still worked pretty well, and I saw no use in getting a new one. Lately though, its been weird. See, my phone's flashlight won't turn of, as result of the water damage. So everytime I plug it in, the flashlight turns brighter. My phone has to be propped up against something in order for it to charge, and the flashlight is an indication of it charging for me.
I had accidentally let my phone drain to about 5% and was placing it on the charger. I also turned my phone off, as it charges faster. However, no position worked whatsoever. When it finally did begin to charge, i left it alone and checked back in 30 minutes. It had gone from 1% to 8%, but then suddenly stopped charging. I repeated the steps, and I got it to charge once more, starting from 1%. Thirty minutes later, it was at 4%. I then had to leave the house for thirty minutes, and when I came back it was still at 4%. I tried switching outlets, but now it won't even charge. The flashlight still brightens when I press the power button though, but it won't turn on (dead). I really need help ASAP
