My phones volume changes automatically amd songs also get changed

I have honor 6x. Android version 7.1. Last night inwas watching youtube suddenly volume of my phone decreased automatically. And video also got changed. I restarted my device but still problem occurs. Is it the fault of earphone? Or anything else? What is the solution for that?

probably an issue with headphone which is changing the volume and video. try once without headset and see as suggested by B. Diddy above
