My Pin Number wont work Samsung S4

So I had a pattern and changed it to a PIN, 3333, but then I tried to enter with 3333 and it wouldn't work. I turned off/on my phone, took out the battery and nothing is working? I feel as if this is a bug or so, but I really don't want to do a factory reset. I tried going to the Google Android Manager and changing it to a word password, but it doesn't work. I tried using the Findmymobile device site, to unlock my phone but it said my phone's not connected. Please help me. If I go to Verizon would they be able to unlock my phone? Because this has happened to me before and an employee didn't even help me and just did the factory reset because he didn't know what to do. Also, if I am not able to unlock it is it possible I can move all my data to a new phone (iPhone 6s or Samsung S6) ? Even though its locked?:''(

Welcome to Android Central! When you selected the PIN option, you had to type it in twice to change it, right? Is there any chance you mistyped it twice when setting the PIN?

When you enter the 3333 PIN, what does it tell you? That it's incorrect? What happens if you fail the unlock enough times--does it ask for your Google credentials?

I'm having the same issue as the original poster. I know my pin which is 1988 . I entered it 30 times already and still nothing to ask for my google credentials. I do not want to factory reset and lose everything. What else can I do????
