My pixel.6a alarm goes off at 345 and 4 am every morning when i dont have one set

Two months ago I set an alarm for 345 and 4 am for airport run... Deleted it same day but it keeps going off every day since! I've rebooted phone , created same alarm and deleted it..,

Try clearing the cache of the Clock app.

Also, do you have any 3rd party clock/alarm apps installed? Or any repeating events in the Calendar?
