My Pixel XL Battery Life question

This will be my first full day with my Pixel XL and I am curious. I am down to 90% with what appears as 51 minutes of SoT. I am having a hard time finding any information on what is normal and expected. Can anyone here tell me if this is normal or not? It seems to drain faster than my iPhone 7 Plus did but I just want to know if this is the results others are getting?

This is mine. I'm sitting at 3 hours SOT currently. Could be your cell reception or a certain app. But to me an hour of SOT and only 10% seems pretty good to me.

My last Android was the Galaxy S6 and I cannot remember how it's battery life was. I am coming from the iPhone so I am probably a little spoiled to its battery life.

Every other i see says 12+ hours remaining and mine says 7-8 hours remaining. Not sure why.

It's learning patterns and stuff, That's why it says that. After a few days of use it'll have more data so that it can estimate time left more accurately.

Thank you! I appreciate the input. I had no idea and coming from the iPhone it is an adjustment figuring this stuff out. I just hope my battery life is what is expected from the devices. I'm down to 86% with what appears as 1 hr 10 min SoT. Hopefully that is what is expected. I am assuming so?

I have noticed on mine as soon as I unplug it, it drops to 99%. As I use it it might drop to 80%.

But then it tends to stay somewhere above 75% forever before it starts to drop below.

I check my email all day and do a fair amount of browsing and am on WiFi all day.

I have yet to see it below 30% come midnight.

Good to know! Thank you! I LOVE the phone. I just want to make sure my battery life is what is expected. Coming from the iPhone 7 Plus this pure Android is a breath of fresh air. Only thing I'm still getting used to is the keyboard! Lol
