My question used com.android.contacts, com.android. dialer, com.android.mms, ect?

Would these things show up in, My Activities, if you didn't use them, or could anybody else from a phone make this happen? I believe I know the answer to this question, but my gf keeps insisting she is not using these things even when I show. Plus would this stuff show up under, my activities, if she was using hidden apps or something I couldn't find? Thank you for any help or advice on this matter

Could they show up? Yes. Android itself runs apps because it needs their processes for another app that's running. (Which is why "RAM cleaners" don't actually work, which you can prove by using an app that allows you to manually "remove" apps from RAM).
