Generally full version numbers improve the display. 4 had retina display, 5 had bigger display and more saturation full versions also increase RAM, 4-512mb, 5-1GB
Again the 3GS is very special.
Yes its an unknown but we can hazard a good guess.

Why do you drag unrelated political things into non-poltical conversations? I've seen you do this elsewhere in the forums as well. Not everything is (or should be) a poltical conversation.

Back on topic, what did people mean earlier when they said things have changed in regards to iphone apps on an ipad? I don't understand those comments as I don't notice any differences at all. Can someone please enlighten me/explain what has changed?

IPhone apps used to be gimped on the iPad. They fixed that with iOS 7.
