My ringtones used for notifications show up as 1/2 and 2/3 instead of song name how can I fix?

I made some ringtones with mp3s and when I add then to the ringtone folder and then click ADD it will add it with a normal name. Theres no feature to ADD in the notification folder so I just add them to that folder but most of them instead of the song name show up just as 1/2 and 2/3. Anyone know how to fix this?
