My S pen works but not with my note4

My S pen works with all my friends note 4 but it doesn't respond to mine at all. Why is that?

Does any S-Pen work on your phone? If not, the Wacom digitizer (the stuff that makes the S-Pen work) might be damaged (the touch digitizer is separate on Note devices, so you might still be able to have touch input but not S-Pen input and viceversa). Also make sure that there aren't any screen protectors that might be interfering.
