My S Planner mini has disappeared from my galaxy core prime screen. How I can reinstate it?

I use my S Planner mini (the day as it is booked) that sits on my home screen of the galaxy core prime ALL the time. Somehow today it was deleted and I can't find a way to reinstate it. I still have the full calendar and no appointments have been deleted. I thought maybe I could just reinstall it but do not want to lose all the appointments already in.

So the app is in your app drawer but not on your home screen? Long press the icon and drag it to your home screen
