My S20 Ultra just shipped today!! (Early Release)

I'm so excited that I just got the email that the phone shipped early today! I mentioned this in my other thread that I had a feeling this was going to happen, because it's happened a couple times with past Samsung pre-orders. The pre-order was through Verizon and I will get my phone in 2 days (Sat. 29th)! Once I get it I will answer any questions that anyone has.

If I have to take a guess they created a shipping label and the Verizon system automatically sent the shipping email because label was created. They will be sitting like that and won't actually get picked up/moving till Monday night.

You'll know later tonight if the tracking is actually moving or not. If it doesn't then as suspected it'll only move Monday night.

But congrats on getting the shipping email, you'll have the phone sooner than later

Sprint does the same thing they create the shipping label and then it sits in the warehouse but they usually ship by Tuesday

Verizon is known for having packages held at FedEx. There's been a few times we've gotten devices a week earlier, but none as of recent.

Everyone knew the delivery will be 3rd or 4th that's how Samsung pre order works and that's what we have been trying to tell you in both the threads
Like yesterday also we told you that the tracking isn't moving anywhere and you just got a shipping label created.

But congrats again since you got a confirmation.

Like yesterday also we told you that the tracking isn't moving anywhere and you just got a shipping label created.

Yeah but I have done literally every single pre-order from Samsung in the past 10 years and I have gotten multiple phones weeks early before... so I'm going off of what happened to me in the past.. honestly it all doesn't really matter when it comes because I have the Note 10 plus right now and I'm in no rush to get the S20..

If you have done literally every single pre order, S10 and Note 10 didn't get delivered week early. They both delivered on Tuesday/Wednesday which is 2-3 days early just like S20. That's the reason why many here said Tuesday/Wednesday because that's the early release schedule for Samsung phones lately and seems to be a consistent pattern.
