My s3 wont charge

I have had a problem with my S3 and when I plug it in i have to put the charger in a sertain spot that I very difficult to get to. does anyone know how this is caused or how i can fix Pls. Thanks

Welcome to Android Central! Do you mean that you have to adjust the plug that connects to the phone in a certain way for it to work? The cable might be the problem, or the microUSB port. Try a different cable first.
