My S4 Active is not receiving calls and it does not make calls also, what should I do?

Bring the phone into your carrier. If could be the SIM card, it could be something messed up in their database or it could be a problem with your phone.

If your calling or message recieving isn't working anymore on your S4, that is due to the new update for the phone.. It's a bug that doesn't allow your phone to do those things. Otherwise check settings and make sure everything is enabled
