My S4 Galaxy just received a system update. Now I can't get on the internet. How can I fix this?

My S4 Galaxy just received a system update.

Everything is working except I cannot get on the internet.
I could get on the internet before the system update. Now I just get a blank white screen.
I do get my Hotmail emails.
