my s4 is stuck on boot screen

It stays frozen on "Samsung GALAXY S4" in white font and the rest of the screen is black. Any help/advice?

Edit. I read if I install Odin on my pc and plug my phone into USB, I can wipe and reload the OS?

Try removing the battery and sim for a few minutes. If that doesn't work call customer care from a landline. If they can't help they will send you a replacement
