My S4 Mini has just stopped working, how can I fix it?

my s4 mini has just stopped working

came in from work checked phone as u do as had a few messages put phone down on sofa still working went to see to kids etc came back phone black thought it needeed charging put it on charge nothing happens took baattery out replaced it etc still nowt an hour later still nowt help

Have you tried pressing and holding Power for a minute or so, or Power and Volume Up+Down?
