My S5 mini is only being recognized as a camera, what is going on?

My S5 mini is only being recognized as a camera

So I've been trying to transfer music from my ACER laptop onto my s5 mini, however no matte how hard i try it is only being able to be seen as a camera. I have looked long and hard through the forms and found nothing that could help me. I have used different USB ports and cables (some i know would normally work), changed it back on forth from the media and camera setting and even made sure my phone was unlocked during the whole process.

Welcome to Android Central! What happens if the USB connection is set to MTP? Still recognized as a camera?

Try installing the most recent USB driver. The S5 should be the same as the S5 Mini: Support - More Cell Phone Providers SM-G900R7 | Samsung Cell Phones
