My S6 Active is frozen on the AT&T logo.

[AC Question]

I tried resetting it by holding down power/home/volume but nothing works. When I hold Volume Down it goes to cyan screen telling me to continee or cancel (reset). I continued and download Odin Mode. When I agreed to continue it was stuck "Downloading" for hours. I then tried by cancelling and resetting but it still won't get passed the AT&T logo. Please help!!

Welcome to Android Central! Were you able to get to the Recovery Menu and select the Wipe Data option, and nothing happened? Or did you not even see the Recovery Menu come up?

You could try using Odin to reinstall the firmware: http://forums.androidcentral.com/am...w-flash-stock-rom-via-odin-new-interface.html
