Speak to Samsung, they will ask you to send them the phone, they might repair it for free if its under warranty.

If there is no apparent damage to the device and still under warranty, they will replace the screen under a warranty repair.

If it is just 2 or 3 thin vertical lines that is consistent with lcd failure on that device. If under warranty and it still looks pristine, send it in. If not, get it repaired somewhere that offers a great warranty and has good reviews.
