my s6 edge verizon sim detected and mobile signal bars.carrier name also detected but no make call

I am using s6 edge verizon in spain .i put local carrier lyca and other lebara sim .sim is detected and signal shows and carrier name also setected but i can not make a outgoing and incoming calls.when i select aeroplane mode on and after off mode then for a while make a call but after no call recieve or outgoing.help me plz...

I'm not sure I fully understand your last sentence but I can tell you airplane mode will disable mobile data so it won't work if airplane mode is on
