My s6 is stuck in reboot mode.ed I can't take out the battery to force it off. An

All I see on the screen is the Verizon logo from startup. I can't turn it off. I'm waiting for it to power off, then maybe it'll start working. Is there anything else I can do?

Sorry to be a bit vague on this but the same thing happened to me with my S6 about 6 months ago. I went on the Samsung website and found instructions to reboot the phone by holding a combination of the volume controls and power button for 20 seconds. Sure enough it sprung into life. Sorry I cant remember the exact combination but I'm sure your find it on their site.
