My s7 edge didn't turn off

While tap on the switch off button, there is no reaction, how can i shut down the device

Are you saying your power button isn't doing anything? In the settings menu, check to see if you're running the latest version (search for update). If you are, either you have a hardware issue or you have a malware issue. Back up your files, and you try a factory reset.
