My S8 wont be able to consume internet

My S8 wont be able to consume internet, just starts buffering when i login. It just needs some kb's, whereas if i split the screen & start downloading anything my internet will go in mbps, but still the app keeps buffering

Buffering means a slow internet connection, it has nothing to do with the phone. ("Buffering" should more correctly be called "waiting".)

"KBs" aren't something you can put in the phone, any more than you can put MPHs in a car - if your car is going slowly, do you say "it needs more MPHs"? 1MB is 1,000KB (roughly - it's actually 1 to 1,024). So either use a faster wifi connection, download from a closer (and/or faster server) or complain to your carrier if you're on mobile data.
