My samsung 8 Blacklisted wat is the process to fix the EMEI number

I bought a Samsung 8 notebook from and it is blacklist and come to find out I would like to know the easiest way or where I could go to on the internet to have easiest way to be able to fix that you're EMEI number

Welcome to Android Central! I don't believe there's a legitimate way to do that. You could try speaking to the carrier that blacklisted it. Otherwise, if you didn't know it was blacklisted when you bought it, I'd contact the seller and demand a refund.

Remember, a blacklisted phone could very well be stolen property, and possession of stolen property is also a crime if you're aware of it.

How long ago you bought it ? Can you return it back ?

you need to contact the seller to get a refund. if no refund, unfortunately there is nothing you can do except to report the seller to the authorities. one thing though, you said samsung 8 notebook. do you mean samsung note 8 because as far as I know, there is no such thing as a samsung 8 notebook.
