My Samsung A5 2016's fast charging feature is not working

Hi!
Need some help guys. My samsung a5 2016's fast charging feature is not working. I checked on related threads here and tried every fix but still it doesn't fix the said issue. I checked the settings, cleaned the usb ports, change the cables, factory reset the device, cleared cache partition. But doing these doesn't affect anything. I just bought the adaptive fast charger last saturday cause i'm using a regular charger before that takes 3-4 hours charging my phone. When i plugged in my charger it shows "fast charger connected" then immediately changes to "charger connected". Any suggestion guys?

Welcome to Android Central! Moved to the A5 forum. Did you get a genuine Samsung fast charger, or a 3rd party charger? If the latter, see if you can find a genuine Samsung charger to test out. Try bringing it to your local wireless store to see if they have a Samsung charger you can try while in the store.

Yep sir I got a genuine one. And using it now. But as I said before, it just shows fast charger connected then turns to charger connected immediately

It's still worth trying out a different fast charger to see if the problem is with your charger or with the phone itself.
