My Samsung A5 only works with speaker on, what should I do?

My Samsung a5 only works with speaker on

I dont hear anything on My Samsung A5 when i make a call.. it only works if i put the speaker on..
The problem is every call made or received since last update from kit kat 4.4.4 to android 5.0.2.

Help I can't use my phone!

This is the same problem I have even before I updated my phone to android Lollipop.. i just hope people have the answers.

The speaker works perfectly fine playing movies, videos, games, music or even in phone notification. But in call there is really no sound, i can't hear the people from the other side unless I use loudspeaker or headset then it's good. But of course i still want to have normal and good call sounds even without having to use loudspeaker or headset.

Please help!! :'(
