My samsung account has locked me out of my phone

[AC Question]

My samsung account on my S7 wont except my password & has locked me out of my phone. I tried changing the password on another device but the phone wont except my new password. I cant turn the phone off either. PLEASE HELP

Have you tried logging into Samsung's FindMyMobile site and unlocking it from there?
