My Samsung Galaxy A20 is stuck on bootloop, how do I fix it?

I tried virtually everything except things that require me to download stuff and transfer to my phone on a pc; since I dont have one (only laptop).

Take to Samsung experience shop, ifixiit or mail to Samsung if u don't have a PC.
