My Samsung Galaxy A3 has been frozen since 11.00 and its now 3.10.

I was just using it normally and suddenly it froze and it hasn't fixed itself. Its done this once before but only for about 10 minutes then it was fine. I'm worried. Nothing seems to turn it off. I really don't know what to do. Can anyone help?

Welcome to the forums. Try long pressing the power button. That will simulate a battery pull. See if that helps.
